Responsibilities extend to monitoring production area gas lines, performing repairs on LPG pumps and weighing scales, and assisting in maintenance and warehouse activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma plus vocational, technical training, or TESDA certifications in plumbing, pipe-fitting, or mechanical work.
• Experience: Prior hands-on background in gas fitting, pipe installation, or appliance troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and repair customer LPG pipeline; monthly checks and leak detection.
• Prepare and submit installation proposals; survey sites and present to customers.
• Install LPG pipelines; canvass and purchase installation materials; coordinate manpower.
• Monitor gas line in production area; check leaks, LPG pump status, and weighing scale; perform repairs.
• Assist maintenance and warehouse; support auto mechanics and electricians; audit seals.
• Meter reading for customers; ensure readings are sent to cashier/CNC department.

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors and repairs customer LPG pipeline monthly

• Cleans of burners
• Checks pipes for leaks

Preparing and Submitting proposals to customers

• Surveys site of installation
• Submits proposal to customers

Installation of LPG pipeline to customers

• Canvass materials for installation ( approval of Main Office)
• Purchase materials
• Coordinate required manpower to Engineer (or Branch Manager)
• Install LPG pipeline to customers
• Prepare charge invoice after installation
• Collect payment

Monitors the gas line of production area

• Checks for leaks
• Checks LPG pump status and condition
• Checks pneumatic weighing scale
• Repairs of gas line, LPG pump, and pneumatic weighing scale

Assists in maintenance and warehouse

• Assists auto mechanic and electrician
• Assists in audit of seals used in production
• Canvasses and purchases materials for warehouse stock

Meter reading of customers

• Monitors status of meter reader
• Meter reading forwarded to cashier or CNC department
