A leading medical devices company is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while collaborating with sales and service teams. This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences, along with technical skills and at least two years of experience in instrument repair and maintenance. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management are essential. The position is based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Position Impact to Business
Partnering with the sales team provides opportunities to maximize service upgrade opportunities. Effective time management by the incumbent helps minimize potential customer downtime increasing customer satisfaction with our solution. Also, cost of service management including spare part inventory management and resolution through First-Time or Same Day Services impact customer satisfaction and our ability to renew existing contracts.
