Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate and capitalize on new sales and business opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined target areas.
  • Prepare individual sales and marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall business strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth objectives of the business.
  • Meet assigned sales targets as set by the Division Manager and Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of any business, marketing, food science/technology, chemical, agriculture, life science or related course.
  • Experience in the related field covered by corresponding position is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be amenable to work in North Luzon area
  • With valid driver's license
  • Preferably residents near Tarlac / North Luzon area
Experience/Technical Knowledge
  • State of the art selling techniques and an ability to translate these skills into tangible results.
  • Extensive knowledge of the related field (stakeholders, trends/shifts, competitors, processes, regulatory frameworks).
  • Ensure new services are offered at acceptable margins within operational capacity.
  • Ability to write, appraise and negotiate detailed contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Ability to present detailed concepts to an audience or group of clients.
  • Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work and react effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, particularly MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to listen and identify client needs and requirements.
