A leading company in the bakery raw materials sector seeks a Sales Executive to drive growth by engaging with industrial bakeries and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology or related fields, with 3–5 years of technical sales experience. This role involves implementing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with technical teams to achieve customer satisfaction. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement sales strategies to grow the bakery raw materials business.
Identify and reach out to new customers (e.g., industrial bakeries, foodservice companies, distributors).
Provide technical advice on ingredients like flour improvers, enzymes, emulsifiers, and other bakery inputs.
Lead product demos, customer trials, and troubleshoot issues on-site.
Work closely with technical, product development, and quality teams to meet customer needs.
Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
Deliver presentations, proposals, and product info to customers.
Meet sales goals and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in bakery ingredients.
Solid understanding of bakery processes and how ingredients function.
Experience managing key accounts and driving sales results.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
Willing to travel as required.
