Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across bakery, oils, fats, and food ingredient portfolios. You will develop and manage key B2B accounts, identify new opportunities, and provide technical support to customers with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and delivering solutions through close coordination with R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, food ingredients or related industries.
• Experience handling industrial/key accounts is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for bakery, oils, fats, and food ingredient products.
• Achieve sales, revenue, volume, margin, and business development targets.
• Identify opportunities with bakery, biscuit, confectionery, and foodservice sectors.
• Manage and grow strategic/key accounts.
• Build relationships with customers across Procurement, R&D, QA, Production, and Management.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing, contracts, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms to protect margins.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
