Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Technical Support roles
- With knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with customers effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to provide tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Find and create new product and solution business opportunities.
- Present and advertise products and services by visiting customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Recognize the demands of your clients and offer technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Create and present technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
- Help with system design, selection, and estimation in accordance with project specifications and client specifications.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet or surpass goals.
- As required, coordinate with the service team and offer post-purchase technical support.
- Keep abreast on rivals, industry trends, products, and technology.
- Create project updates, sales reports, and forecasts for management\'s consideration.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with consultants, contractors, and clients, both current and potential.
- Participate in industry events, trade exhibits, and training to build networks and improve product expertise.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the sales manager.
