Verkada is seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, embedded in a decentralized recruiting model and onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA. You will build cross-functional partnerships with hiring managers and executives to source and hire critical product roles.

You will manage the full-cycle process, partner with Product leaders to shape the team, and continuously improve hiring practices to deliver a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will work across multiple groups: Product Management, Commercial Operations & Pricing, and Global Professional Services. Operating within our decentralized recruiting model, you will embed directly into the organization to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. Because you are immersed in the team, you will develop a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and master the competitive landscape. You will leverage this specialized expertise to drive proactive sourcing strategies and recruit for a diverse range of critical positions across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates
• Partner closely with the Product leaders to build the team (our hiring managers source, too!)
• Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions
• Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality pipeline
• Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely communicationAdept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

Estimated Annual Pay Range

$115,000 — $150,000 USD
