Job summary

XDOF is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to fuel growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, source, and engage highly qualified candidates for engineering, operations, and business roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in technical recruiting, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to operate independently and adapt to ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Passion for emerging technology, robotics, and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and help close candidates for roles across engineering, operations, and business functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build job descriptions, and create structured interview processes
• Source and engage passive talent through creative research, networking, and direct outreach
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using ATS and other recruiting tools
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements
• Represent XDOF, sharing our story, values, and mission with prospective candidates
