Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles. If you’ve handled roles like software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, network admins, or mechanical/electrical engineers — and you know how to speak tech with confidence — we’d love to meet you.

This is a fast-paced recruiting position where quality, communication, and urgency matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across IT and Engineering
  • Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Track progress using ATS and recruitment tools
  • Maintain strong pipelines and stay current on market trends in tech/engineering
What You Must Bring
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles (e.g., software, QA, systems, network, mechanical, civil, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems
Nice to Have
  • Experience in RPO, agency, or fast-paced high-volume environments
  • Familiarity with niche tech stacks or hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • A collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach
