We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build our growing FAIRI (FieldAI Research Institute) team in Boston. This role goes beyond traditional full-cycle recruiting. You'll partner closely with engineering and research leaders to understand long-term hiring priorities, develop proactive talent strategies, and identify exceptional technical talent before they enter the market.
You’ll recruit for some of our most impactful technical roles while serving as a key contributor to talent strategy, market insights, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions. If you enjoy building relationships with world‑class researchers and engineers, navigating complex searches, and solving difficult hiring challenges, we'd love to meet you.
Approximately 10-15% of your time will support People Operations through onboarding, recruiting operations, process improvements, and initiatives that create an exceptional employee experience.
This is a fixed‑term position with an immediate business need. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This role may evolve into a full-time role in the future depending on business need.
Compensation:
Our annual salary range is $145K- $160K and we consider each individual’s background and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay may vary based on role scope, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the local market.

Our Field Foundational Models™ advance perception, planning, localization, and manipulation with an emphasis on explainability and safety, so our systems can be trusted where it matters most.
