You will connect CSO initiatives with Innovation Science, Genetics and Genotoxicity, coordinating internal projects and partnerships. This hands-on role drives efficiency and ensures milestones align with model release cycles.

You’ll report to the CSO, partner with London teams, and help scale operations in a fast-paced biotech startup, focusing on collaboration, governance, and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical operations, program management, or similar role.
• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.
• Ability to drive operational improvements and optimize workflows.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning data, science, and biology teams.
