Job summary

Atrio Search is seeking a Technical Perfumer for a full-time, on-site role based in Spain. The position offers relocation and visa support to help you move, with premium health and dental insurance and generous holiday.

You will join a growing fragrance house and work within a team of 9 perfumers reporting to the Creative Director. You will analyse fragrance compositions using GC-MS, adapt fragrances to meet price and regulatory requirements, and support duplication, reformulation, and twists

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry or perfumery.
• 6 years of experience as a fragrance analyst or 4+ years as a perfumer/technical perfumer.
• Experience in GC-MS analysis within the fragrance industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyse fragrance compositions using GC-MS focusing on Europe, Middle East, and LATAM markets.
• Adapt and re-work fragrances to meet price, regulatory requirements and regional preferences.
• Support duplication, reformulation and twists for cross-category (fine fragrance, personal care, home care).
• Work as part of a team of 9 perfumers, reporting to the Creative Director.
