Job summary

Luxury Presence, a real estate AI growth platform, is seeking an Online Support Representative to help customers with issues and requests as they use our products and services. You will resolve queries, guide users through features, and ensure a high standard of support for live clients.

Candidates should have strong communication, empathy, and technical know-how, including familiarity with Salesforce and web technologies.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and customer empathy required.
• Experience in technical customer support preferred.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms and help desk software.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer requests and queries in a timely and accurate way, via Salesforce chat and/or email
• Identifying customer needs and helping clients use specific features of our products
• Analyzing and reporting product issues or concerns (e.g., by testing different scenarios or replicating user issues)
• Emailing clients and providing them with frequent updates
• Reporting technical issues to the Product Team
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
• Assisting in training junior Customer Support Specialists
• Supporting and assisting teammates
