What you'll do:
With a strong technical foundation in software architecture and development, the Technical LeadSoftware Developer plays a pivotal role in the Technology team.
Blending hands-on software development and technical leadership of junior developers, thisposition ensures development outcomes are aligned with the technology roadmap andstrategic objectives. Integral to the role is collaboration with internal and external stakeholders totranslate development requirements into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Technical Leadership
- Oversee the daily operations of the remote development team, ensuring that technologyroadmap milestones are achieved and delivery schedules are met.
- Provide guidance on Agile best practice frameworks & methodologies.
- Identify and help mitigate any development roadblocks or issues.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and decisions.
- Software Development & Design
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, with proficiency using ArtificialIntelligence to code.
- In conjunction with the Head of Technology and Chief Operating Officer, lead the technicalsolution architecture documentation and oversee infrastructure reliability, scalability, andperformance, including monitoring and incident response.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering,design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the Technology Team and other stakeholders to understanddevelopment requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Actively lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning,sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment and continuousimprovement.
- Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with the Technology Team.
- Contribute to the Technology roadmap.
- Testing & Documentation
- Ensure technology documentation is clear, well-maintained, and frequently updated.
- Assist junior developers with conducting testing and debugging issues.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and best practices.
Successful candidates must have:
- Bachelors degree in software engineering or information technology, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on software development experience
- 2-3 years team leadership or senior developer mentorship experience
- Proven experience building and maintaining production web applications
- Track record of complex API integrations and authentication systems
- Deep understanding of Agile development practices and ceremonies
- Proven experience successfully using Agile methodology to deliver projects, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Proven ability to write and implement meticulous code, adhering to best practice
- Sound experience and familiarity in developing and maintaining project documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business priorities

Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work-Onsite
