Job summary

Monark Equipment Corporation invites applications for a TESDA-aligned HES trainer. The role is based in the Philippines with assignments in San Pedro, Laguna and Cagayan de Oro, focusing on heavy equipment servicing and related technical instruction.

The trainer will conduct classroom and hands-on sessions, develop session plans, assessments, and maintain digital records while ensuring safety and workshop discipline across training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching or technical training experience.
• NCII Heavy Equipment Servicing and TVET trainer certificates.
• Willing to cover multiple locations: San Pedro, Laguna and Cagayan de Oro.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training facilitation, ensuring that the training is objectively executed, training tools and materials are identified and utilized during the training. Ensures that knowledge and skills gaps are identified after the regular teaching and learning process.
• Deliver TESDA-aligned classroom and hands-on HES training.
• Prepare session plans, materials, assessments, grades and digital records.
• Teach engines, powertrain, hydraulics, electrical systems, maintenance and diagnostics.
• Monitor progress; provide remediation, coaching and values formation.
• Enforce OSH, 5S, tool control and workshop discipline.
• Maintain tools/equipment; support audits, curriculum review and school activities.
• Performs other related function as deemed necessary.

• Atleast 2 years relevant teaching or technical training experience
• Must hold NCII Heavy Equipment Servicing / Trainers Methodology Level I /National TVET Trainers Certificate Level I
• This role will be assigned on the following locations : (2) San Pedro Laguna and (2) Cagayan de Oro)
