- Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to support company initiatives and ensure technical alignment.
- Ensure systems, processes, and workflows meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and data security.
- Research, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance productivity, scalability, and performance.
- Delegate tasks and manage workloads to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Define project requirements and develop structured work schedules and timelines for the team.
- Identify project risks early and implement contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as needed to maintain business continuity.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members to elevate technical capabilities and promote a high-performance culture.
- Analyze current operations and lead improvements through structured training sessions and team meetings.
