Job summary

MRPM Advertising Design and Solution is seeking a signage-focused graphic designer to create production-ready artwork for a variety of signages, including LED signs and channel letters. You will translate client concepts into precise technical drawings and production files, ensuring accurate dimensions and materials for fabrication.

The role requires proficiency in Illustrator (and related tools), strong layout and typography skills, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDRAW or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, vector graphics, scaling, measurements, and file preparation.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare production-ready artwork for signage, including layouts, dimensions, specifications, and fabrication details.
• Convert approved designs into accurate technical drawings and files for production.
• Prepare files for various signage materials and applications such as acrylic, PVC, aluminum, stainless steel, LED signage, lightboxes, channel letters, decals, and other signages.
• Create vector artwork, layouts, mock-ups, and cutting/printing files.
• Revise artwork based on client/project requirements and production feedback.
• Assist in interpreting site measurements, drawings, and project specifications when necessary.
• Maintain organized files and proper naming/versioning of project artwork.
• Perform other related graphic and technical tasks as assigned.

02 — What You'll Do

What the role involves

Key Responsibilities:Create and prepare production-ready artwork for signage, including layouts, dimensions, specifications, and fabrication details.Convert approved designs into accurate technical drawings and files for production.Prepare files for various signage materials and applications such as acrylic, PVC, aluminum, stainless steel, LED signage, lightboxes, channel letters, decals, and other signages.Ensure artwork follows the required dimensions, scale, measurements, colors, materials, and specifications.Create vector artwork, layouts, mock-ups, and cutting/printing files.Revise artwork based on client/project requirements and production feedback.Assist in interpreting site measurements, drawings, and project specifications when necessary.Maintain organized files and proper naming/versioning of project artwork.Perform other related graphic and technical tasks as assigned.

03 — What We're Looking For

You might be a fit if…

With signage industry experience is highly preferred.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDRAW or other design software is an advantage.Strong understanding of layout, typography, vector graphics, scaling, measurements, and file preparation.Able to read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.High attention to detail and accuracy.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially for urgent production requirements.Good communication and coordination skills.Willing to collaborate with production and installation teams.Can work independently with minimal supervision.Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong technical graphic skills and are willing to learn the signage production process.
