Job description

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for platform powertrain planning, planning and managing powertrain architecture, performance goals, and component interoperability, and developing platform powertrain development scheme;
2. Responsible for approving the technical plan of the entire vehicle, including setting the overall layout goals, performance goals, and clarifying the development goals of the entire vehicle;
3. Responsible for setting performance targets and approving development plans for the frame assembly, control system, exterior components, suspension system, brake/ABS system, and shock absorber, as well as developing dimensional engineering for vehicle components;
4. Responsible for promoting the development of vehicle electronic and electrical processes and tool chain system construction, system development and testing, interactive system platform construction and expansion, and completing the delivery of various nodes of product project development to meet the requirements of vehicle configuration;
5. Responsible for evaluating and accepting the calibration results of the powertrain, promoting the analysis, countermeasures, and rectification of problems in the powertrain calibration process, and ensuring the achievement of the vehicle's power and driving performance goals;
6. Responsible for analyzing, addressing, and rectifying quality issues related to the powertrain;
7. Responsible for setting development goals and approving validation plans for the vehicle thermal management system;
8. Responsible for planning and implementing product functionality and durability performance verification for the entire vehicle, system, and components, and dynamically updating technical routes and standards for vehicle durability, environmental adaptability, thermal management, power, economy, corrosion resistance, climate resistance, and other related performance verification based on target market user scenarios;
9. Responsible for building the ability to evaluate the special characteristics of motorcycles (human-machine, commercial), and filling in the gaps in the evaluation systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering or related majors
- Over 12 years experience of motorcycle design in the same area, with R&D experience of BMW R1300GS
