Technical Promotions & Segment Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: hybrid/onsite #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid

  • Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
  • Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits. Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Developing and executing strategies to achieve pipeline and order growth in the Low Voltage business.
  • Creating plans for target audience visits and conduct regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market, electrification, and digitization advancements to offer innovative solutions

Qualifications for the role

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Industrial networking and cyber security solutions for control systems, cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks, with a focus on OT environments, familiar with OT-specific cybersecurity standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST.
  • Overall Networking and cyber security systems understanding, combined with automation systems knowledge
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Operational Technology (OT) network solutions for Control systems.
  • Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network segmentation in industrial settings, actively working with industrial switches and routers.
  • Fluency in English language. Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
