Technical Delivery Manager - Hybrid - Night Shift BGC - up to 162k
We are hiring for a Technical Delivery Manager for an insurance company in BGC.
This role follows a hybrid setup with a night shift schedule and pays up to 162K PHP monthly.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in Agile project management is preferred but not required.
- Experience with projects involving technology application to address human resource needs such as benefits administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services, or HRIS/payroll is preferred.
- Ability to work with virtual teams across different geographic locations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be part of a global team ensuring the delivery of quality and efficient technical solutions to clients in the US.
The Role
- Board Management
- Manage the sprint board.
- Monitor team progress and follow up on task completion. Help identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Review the board daily to ensure sufficient actionable work for the morning shift team. Collaborate with TCs and role leads to adjust work as needed.
- Ensure adherence to board standards and processes.
- Governance and Operations
- Track sprint metrics and generate insights for improvement.
- Assist in data collection and report generation.
- Collaborate with other Technical Delivery Managers to share best practices and improve processes.
- Project Management
- Manage projects such as ESS upgrades and technology adoption as needed.
- Plan and oversee release consumption for ongoing clients.
