- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Business Analyst role.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, integrations, or transformations.
- Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Experience with SDLC processes and requirements traceability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, system dependencies, requirements, and business rules.
- Develop BRDs, process flows, use cases, and RTMs with gap analysis.
- Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and testable.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate them clearly.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and vendors on design options and risks.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design workshops, and solution assessments.
- Gather and analyze requirements for Microsoft Dynamics implementations and WordPress-based portals.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
- Support SDLC governance, project planning, and change management.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in business and technical requirements management, enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and digital platforms, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and WordPress.
The successful candidate will translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, assess system dependencies and integration impacts, and collaborate with solution architects, developers, vendors, and project teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. Experience in traditional Waterfall project delivery environments is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a Technical Business Analyst role supporting enterprise applications or digital solutions.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, integrations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, system dependencies, APIs, web services, data flows, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with project documentation, requirements traceability, and SDLC processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
- Experience with WordPress-based websites, customer portals, or content management systems.
- Experience in Waterfall project environments, including requirements management, change control, and formal documentation and sign-offs.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, database concepts, data mapping, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and deployment activities.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to interpret application architecture, integration, and data flow diagrams.
- Experience working with cloud-hosted solutions, integration platforms, and enterprise business systems.
- Knowledge of IT governance, SDLC controls, and change management practices.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to elicit, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, system dependencies, functional requirements, and business rules.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, swimlane diagrams, use cases, user journeys, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and gap analysis documentation.
Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and third-party providers.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions and present solution options, recommendations, risks, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and development teams to define and validate solution approaches.
Analyze application architecture, system integrations, APIs, web services, and data flows.
Assess upstream and downstream system dependencies and evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing applications and integrations.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical design workshops, and solution assessments.
Interpret system architecture diagrams, application flow diagrams, integration architecture, and data flow diagrams.
Gather and analyze requirements for Microsoft Dynamics implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Collaborate with functional consultants and development teams on solution design, workflow analysis, reporting requirements, and process automation.
Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Gather and document requirements for WordPress-based websites, portals, and content management solutions.
Coordinate with developers and administrators on website enhancements, plugin integrations, user management, and content publishing workflows.
Consider security, maintenance, integration, and operational requirements when assessing proposed solutions.
Support solution assessments and testing activities for website and portal enhancements.
Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements discovery through testing, deployment, and implementation support.
Support project planning, scope definition, risk identification, and change management.
Coordinate requirements validation, documentation, stakeholder sign-offs, and governance activities.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and deployment readiness.
