Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a delivery or project management professional with 5-8 years of experience in banking or financial services to drive complex programs focused on core banking and deposits modernization across APAC.

The role demands demonstrated leadership of large, multi-functional build teams, hands-on experience with TCS, Finacle, or Fiserv platforms (two or more), and the ability to work independently in a transformation setting. Prior consulting background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams.
• Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with at least the last 2–3 engagements in this area
• Regional (APAC) delivery experience favorable
• Hands-on experience with TCS, Finacle, or Fiserv platforms (at least two required)
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting
