Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking a Technical Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles. You will lead proactive sourcing, build pipelines, and support recruiters with screening and assessment.

The role requires 2–4 years in talent sourcing, strong Boolean search, market mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. Onsite position with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psych, business, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition with focus on technical hiring.
• Proven experience sourcing IT/software/digital/fintech/telecom/engineering roles.
• Success identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill tech positions.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, talent mapping, market research and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Technical Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical and IT roles.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand tech positions.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
• Candidate Screening & Technical Assessment Support.
• Screen and qualify candidates; assess technical experience and fit.
• Evaluate candidates against technical requirements and project experience.
• Prepare candidate profiles and endorsement reports for hiring managers.
• Partnership with Recruiters & Hiring Managers.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define requirements.
• Participate in job intake meetings to define profiles and sourcing plans.
• Recruitment Systems & Reporting.
• Maintain candidate records and sourcing activities in ATS; generate reports.
