Job summary

The AYSN Group of Companies is seeking a Cashier for the MOFT kiosk at SM Megamall in Metro Manila. You will handle cashiering transactions, assist customers, promote MOFT products, and help ensure smooth daily kiosk operations.

Ideal candidates are gadget-loving, possess strong customer service skills, and are familiar with POS systems and cash handling. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required at SM Megamall.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in gadgets, technology, and mobile accessories.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Megamall.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Demonstrate and explain MOFT products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Actively promote products, ongoing discounts, and store promotions.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate recording of sales transactions.
• Perform daily cash counts and sales reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling and accountability of cash collections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the MOFT kiosk.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and arranged according to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Ensure product displays, pricing, and promotional materials are updated.
• Safeguard company products and kiosk equipment.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
• Monitor product movement and stock levels.
• Report customer concerns, product defects, and operational issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, mall regulations, and standard operating procedures.
