Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to supervise day-to-day project activities and coach staff. You will support Managers and Partners, participate in talent initiatives, and help reinforce the audit practice through quality delivery.

The role focuses on IT risk assessments, controls implementation, and client-facing activities across engagements, with opportunities to travel to client sites within and outside the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Internal Audit, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related business course.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (Preferred: IT Audit, SOX Audit, SOC Audit; Secondary: Internal Audit (i.e., financial or operations), Compliance)
• Preferred: CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIA

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project activities with guidance from Managers.
• Provide coaching and support to Associates on understanding client processes, risks and controls.
• Perform quality reviews of audit work for methodology adherence, readability, and accuracy.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness using a risk-based approach.
• Discuss issues with client management and prepare remediation plans and due dates.
• Monitor deliverables against timeline and propose mitigation actions.
