Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of Internal Audit experience in a consulting firm or internal audit department.
• Technical experience in Finance, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience serving Industrials and Energy (I&E) clients and understanding I&E business models, risks, and regulatory landscape.
• Knowledge of cross-functional business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements related to risk-based Internal Audits, processes and compliance reviews.
• Independently execute internal audit engagements with on-site client teams.
• Develop scope for internal audits and process reviews; identify gaps and provide recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor remedial actions and improvements.
• Communicate audit scope, status, risks and recommendations through reports and presentations.
• Manage multiple assignments and project teams within timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members to support their development.
• Support engagement budgets and marketing collateral development.
