Enable PH is seeking a Sales Associate (Retail) to connect with customers in SM Baguio, promoting gadgets and lifestyle tech. You will demonstrate products, answer questions, and help customers choose suitable solutions.

The role requires a high school graduate, interest in consumer electronics, and good English. You should be prepared for a 6-day work week and participate in a 1-month paid training in Mandaluyong, with free accommodation.

Formación

• Experience with consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Experience as a customer-facing sales representative is beneficial.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions.
• Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
• Expand customer reach across different social media forums.
• Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed.
