Job summary

Prudential plc seeks a Technology FinOps Manager in Manila to lead annual IT budget planning and collaborate with local and regional stakeholders. You will manage IT Opex and Capex, implement guidelines to improve financial maturity, and oversee contracts and invoices across the vendor base.

You will drive strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and spend optimization while delivering timely financial insights to support technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration and Management or other similar degrees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Leadership on Resource Acquisition and define resource requirements across IT vendor ecosystem.
• Optimize Vendor Ecosystem Performance with a preferred vendor network for IT staffing and services.
• Lead Commercial Negotiations to secure best-value rates while balancing quality and delivery.
• Build Demand Planning & Resource Pipeline for high-demand IT skillsets.
• Own Vendor Governance & Relationship Management with executives and partners.
• Improve Time-to-Fill & Quality Metrics for contingent workers.
• Drive Strategic Sourcing Transformation including MSP, talent pooling, and offshoring/onshore models.
• Oversee Financial Oversight & Spend Optimization within IT budgets.
• Ensure Invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Manage Contract Management and ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with finance and other units for CAPEX/OPEX reporting.
• Oversee Reimbursements and Petty Cash processes.
• Prepare Status Reporting/Dashboarding for budget monitoring and forecasting.
• Maintain secure storage of contracts and a centralized repository.
• Provide Financial Analysis and insights for strategic decisions.
• Ensure Compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Lead career development plans for team members.
• Budget Management: annual IT Tribe budget planning and monitoring.
