Qualifications

• Training: 4 hours of relevant training.
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in center-based, community-based and online training programs.
• Prepares session plan, progress/achievement charts, Learner’s Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluation.
• Develops Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM)/devices.
• Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction.
• Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instruction.
• Provides guidance and support to trainees.
• Keeps records, prepares and submits required reports.
• Plan, set-up and keep training facilities and environment.
• Coordinates with industry groups/NGO associations in the implementation of PTC training programs.
• Implements special training projects for specific clients.
• Conducts competency assessment.
• Performs other related functions.
