Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as team lead.

Responsibilities

• Acts as on-duty supervisor and first point of contact for the team.
• Monitors performance to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Ensures SOPs and protocols are followed.
• Schedules staff and recommends staffing levels.
• Provides coaching to improve team performance.
• Documents and resolves staff issues.
• Collaborates with other departments for process improvements.
• Maintains data accuracy across tools and platforms.
• Trains and certifies team on handled processes.
• Oversees data reporting and feedback to leadership.
