Job summary

FPSinc, a performance-based omnichannel solutions company, is seeking a Team Manager in Pasig, Manila. You will support, coach, and manage a sales and retention team for our fast-paced campaigns, ensuring service levels and client satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in call center management, with experience in sales/retention and a preference for telecoms or tech support. Onsite night shift availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years call center management experience leading agents for phone, video or internet services.
• Proven experience in Sales and Retention.
• Previous experience in a Technical Support and Customer Service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive team performance, coach agents, and monitor calls.
• Hire, train, and lead lifestyle assistant specialists to support customers.
• Analyze trends and set goals with the management team.
• Ensure service levels are met and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve upsell performance and handle objections.
