Job summary

Tiffany & Co., part of the LVMH group, is seeking a Team Manager to join our Maison. You will lead a high-performing team, exceed the sales plan, and craft an exceptional client experience inside our Tiffany boutique.

You will partner with Boutique Manager, Market Director, and HR to ensure daily store operations, client relationships, and brand standards. Join us to contribute to our rich legacy of craftsmanship and joyful customer service.

Qualifications

• Be an experienced leader with management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant customer related experience.
• Have excellent team management experience with the ability to build and grow high performing teams.
• Have a proven track record in store operations with managing profitability and operations efficiencies.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market.
