Transcom is seeking a Team Leader for our Davao site to guide a team of customer service representatives. You will drive performance, quality, and profitability while coaching team members and promoting our Malasakit culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and feedback skills to keep the team motivated, engaged, and delivering on targets and service standards.

Qualificações

• Telco experience is a plus.
• Leadership experience with effective feedback skills.
• Promote communication and openness to feedback.
• Motivate team by adapting leadership style to individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage CSRs to meet company objectives in all areas of employee, client and shareholder satisfaction.
• Develop competencies of CSRs and ensure behaviours align with Transcom goals.
• Ensure high employee satisfaction and attendance.
• Meet targets consistently and support eligibility for the Reward Fund.

The Team Leader (TL) is directly responsible for managing product knowledge, profitability, quality, and effectiveness for his/her team. His/her daily activities primarily focus on effective leading and managing a team of CSR to meet company objectives in all areas of employee, client and shareholder satisfaction. This especially includes the developing competencies of the CSRs and ensuring that behaviors are in alignment with the Transcom goals.

• Telco experience is a plus
• With leadership experience and good effective feedback skills
• Promote communication and be open to feedback.
• Keep motivation high by adapting the leadership style to individual needs.
• Create an environment conducive to success by promoting and recognizing initiatives.
