A growing European BPO in Cebu is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to motivate a customer support team. You will oversee performance metrics, foster teamwork, and work closely with clients. We are Planas Chuliganas, a European BPO with a 500+ strong team, expanding in Cebu! We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader who thinks outside the box and is hungry to deliver excellence. You’ll report directly to the Site Director, work closely with our client, and lead a team supporting customers in chat, e-mail and a bit of voice support.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, inspire, and challenge your team to think beyond the usual while handling chats, emails, and tickets️
Drive excellence in performance by monitoring KPIs (CSAT, Quality, SLA, etc.) and turning insights into actionable improvements
Collaborate closely with the client, providing updates, reports, and fresh ideas that add real business value
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years leadership experience (BPO, e-commerce, or retail preferred)
Strong people management and communication skills
Analytical, results-driven, and highly adaptable
