Job summary

Malayan Savings Bank is seeking a Field Sales Officer to actively promote Teacher’s Loan products through school visits, fieldwork, and networking activities. You will identify potential clients within assigned areas and assist them with loan applications, ensuring completeness of documents.

You will build relationships with teacher clients to drive repeat business, address inquiries, and monitor loan accounts, coordinating with internal teams for timely processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, lending, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
