3. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization’s tax position and align with financial goals.
4. Analyze financial statements and business operations to identify tax-saving opportunities and potential risks.
5. Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities for tax-related matters and audits.
6. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the organization and advising on necessary adjustments.
7. Manage and mentor tax staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certifications are preferred.
