Job summary

PM Consulting in Cebu City (Talamban) seeks a Tax and Compliance Supervisor to oversee tax filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory documentation for the group. You will guide the Tax & Compliance team toward accurate, on-time outputs and build strong relations with government agencies and auditors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, 3+ years in tax/compliance with supervisory experience, and SAP/MS Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years in tax and compliance with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine taxation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with BIR, SEC, LGUs, auditors, and insurance providers.
• ERP experience; SAP is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Keep company compliant with Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare tax returns, computations, reconciliations, and regulatory reports.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes and statutory obligations.
• Maintain records for audits, including documentation for tax and regulatory purposes.
• Oversee forms management and insurance requirements; liaise with insurers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Tax and Compliance team.
• Onboard new team members and drive continuous process improvements.
