Turnitin is a global organization with team members in over 35 countries including the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, India, and the Philippines.
Our tax team keeps the business compliant and helps it build an optimum treasury strategy for its worldwide operations. They manage day-to-day tax operations, support expansion into new countries, and structure legal entities and M&A deals efficiently. By adapting to the complex tax processes and strategically managing outflows, they help the company smoothly navigate changing global tax rules.
This role primarily focuses on managing global tax compliance, streamlining tax processes with better use of technology, and building stronger partnerships with other teams across the company.
In this role, the Associate will work closely with the Indirect Tax team as well as cross-functional partners, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections, and Legal.
