Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of Australian tax experience.
• At least 2 years of Australian public practice accounting experience.
• Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with turnover between AUD 5M and 100M+.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advisory across SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and listed entities.
• Apply technical expertise in Australian tax compliance and accounting standards.
• Manage end-to-end client engagements with stakeholders and senior leaders on communication, presentations, and delivery.
• Travel to Australia and seize international growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
