Responsibilities

• Leads preparation of financial statements and other financial reports to assess reasonableness, completeness, and conformance to financial reporting standards.
• Assists in performing analytical review on financial statements and releases reports explaining variances to the Management Team.
• Prepares project monitoring and coordination with Sales and Operations Team in updating the percentage of accomplishment of projects and ensures reasonableness of project accounting.
• Assists in cost and budget analysis, cost alignment of projects within the BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Assists the internal and external audit process.
• Assists in preparation of monthly Management Committee and Board of Directors report.
• Approves reimbursement requests, and cash advance requests.
• Assists in evaluation of internal processes to ensure internal controls are met, and if there are gaps that have not been identified before, recommends processes to mitigate or eliminate the gaps.
• Assists in cost reduction initiatives, controls, and track expenses.
• Trains financial reporting analysts in performing their responsibilities and provides guidance on projects assigned to them.
