Job summary

Lee Consulting Services Co. is seeking a Tax & Accounting Manager to oversee tax and accounting operations for a portfolio of local and international clients. You will lead accounting teams, review deliverables, and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.

Daily duties include supervising performance, meeting deadlines, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to satisfy client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Tax and Accounting with knowledge of tax compliance and financial reporting.
• CPA is required.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in People Management, team supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple local and international clients and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Tax Compliance, including preparation and review of tax filings and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent Client Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve accounting and tax issues.
• Experience working with international clients and exposure to different jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within a public accounting, professional services, or multi-client environment
