• Manage customer orders, deliveries, and claims requests.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and ensure smooth order resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer care via voice, chat, or email.

Qualifications:

• Handle order verification, delivery updates, and chat/email coordination.
• Resolve missing item or refund requests efficiently.

Online Food Delivery Campaign – Voice (Onsite)

• Manage calls from customers regarding food orders and delivery tracking.
• Provide timely solutions for order or payment-related issues.

Qualifications:

Tech Sales Campaign (Voice Account | Onsite)

• Engage customers to promote tech products and close sales opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year BPO experience.
• 6 months Tech Support or Sales experience is a plus.
• HS/SHS Graduate.
