Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking ambitious and results-driven Sales Talent to join our premium Alabang account. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets whilst delivering outstanding service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience or a strong track record of achieving sales targets in a customer service or sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service and solutions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM platforms, and sales tools.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum; tertiary education or sales certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound and inbound customer interactions
• Present and demonstrate product or service offerings to prospective customers in a compelling and persuasive manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
• Document and track all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities accurately using company systems
• Provide product knowledge and solutions-based recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimise sales strategies and share best practices
• Handle customer objections professionally and develop creative solutions to close sales
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards whilst delivering exceptional customer service
