Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in Manila is seeking a Manager-level Digital Consulting professional to lead delivery of AI-driven loyalty, personalization, and customer experience programs. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, creative, AI/data, technology, content, and client stakeholders, driving projects from planning through production and scale.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in project/program management, digital consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream digital programs.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams across creative, technology, data, and business functions.
• Experience delivering AI / Generative AI, MarTech, CRM, personalization, loyalty, content, or customer experience.
• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven customer, loyalty, and content production programs.
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall delivery quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, creative, AI/data, technology, content, and client stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, ways of working, reporting, and executive steering mechanisms.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business, creative, technology, and delivery teams.
• Drive projects from concept and pilot through production, implementation, and scale.
• Manage external partners, technology vendors, and internal delivery teams where required.
• Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and senior stakeholder updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Support proposals, project scoping, resource planning, and new business development.
• Mentor and manage junior project managers and consultants.

We are looking for a Manager-level Digital Consulting professional to lead the delivery of complex AI-driven loyalty, personalization, and customer experience programs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project/program manager with a consulting background, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex initiatives from planning through production and implementation. Experience with AI, GenAI, MarTech, loyalty, or customer experience programs is highly valued.

You will:

• 8-12+ years of experience in project/program management, digital consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream digital programs.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams across creative, technology, data, and business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex client environments.
• Strong project governance, planning, risk management, financial management, and delivery skills.
• Experience delivering projects involving AI / Generative AI, MarTech, CRM, personalization, loyalty, content, or customer experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment is preferred.
