Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Talent Sourcing Manager in Pasig, NCR, Philippines to design dashboards and reports that drive business decisions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data visuals.

The role requires 5+ years of BI/reporting experience, strong Power BI skills, and familiarity with Tableau or similar tools. You will translate data into actionable insights and maintain a comprehensive reports manual.

• 5+ years of hands-on BI/reporting experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI; familiarity with Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects is a plus.
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing.
