Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications; experience with design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in events coordination and database management.
