The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare-related roles.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate progress.

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:
