MicroSourcing International, a leader in offshore managed services, invites you to join as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (End-to-End) at the SM CDO Downtown site in Cagayan De Oro. This midshift hybrid role focuses on sourcing, outreach, and CRM-driven candidate management.

You will conduct targeted searches, craft personalized outreach, coordinate intro calls, and maintain clean records in Monday.com while collaborating with global teams to meet daily targets and client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, sourcing, or recruitment operations.
• Excellent written communication for crafting high-touch, professional outreach messages.
• Strong organizational skills with daily and weekly activity targets.
• High attention to detail regarding data entry, CRM management, and candidate distribution workflows.
• Strong time-management capabilities to handle high-volume administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily targeted searches on Indeed to identify active public accounting and legal professionals across designated US regions.
• Engage qualified candidates by crafting personalized outreach messages and promptly organizing intro phone calls with recruitment consultants.
• Manage CRM data accuracy by logging all candidate profiles, interactions, and records into Monday.com.
• Distribute registered candidate profiles efficiently to targeted client send lists within established daily deadlines.
• Build and validate high-quality client lists to optimize outreach for responsive partner firms.

Your Role

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar modern recruitment CRM platforms.
• Prior experience utilizing Indeed Resume or active candidate sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with the US corporate landscape, specifically public accounting or legal sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate remotely and provide transparent progress updates across global teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in building and validating target client lists.
