Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hybrid work as needed in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines. You will drive recruiting targets for client needs, coordinate with the recruiting team, and manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.

You will report to the Manager, Human Capital, and contribute to an inclusive, results-driven culture while delivering a positive candidate experience for diverse global brands.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum customer service experience.
• Ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Hire great talent and meet recruiting targets for client needs.

• Community sourcing, screen resumes, schedule onsite interviews, and complete references/background checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

What You'll be Doing

Looking to hire great talent and make an impact on helping people elevate their careers in a mission and values driven global organization? In this role, you'll meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs. You'll work with the recruiting team to coordinate recruiting efforts and be responsible for your own recruiting goals as well. This may include community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, assisting in completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and completing paperwork for each new hire. You'll report to Manager, Human Capital. In this role, you'll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Be a brand ambassador throughout the applicant's journey and deliver a great candidate experience
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasks associated with each client ramp
• Review applications and update applicant data in application tracking system
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Prepare recruitment reports
• Champion the Employee Referral Program
• Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives
