Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid Makati)

Our client is a leading multinational organization in the Services and Sales industry, operating successfully across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help connect top talent with exceptional career opportunities across the region.

As our regional recruitment lead, you will be a key player in building high-performing teams and driving recruitment best practices in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Write engaging and effective job descriptions
  • Source talent creatively through job platforms, social media, and professional networks
  • Introduce and oversee the use of candidate assessment tools across countries
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate
  • Use data and market insights for talent mapping and workforce planning
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a multinational company in Southeast Asia
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping for passive candidates
  • Proficient in social media recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work Arrangement

Hybrid setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home
